Subject: Digital Download sorting issue

When I select Digital downloads and try to sort by Artist, I am directed to Log in even though it shows me clearly logged in. Tried several times and get the same results. I do not get logged out, I just get directed to a log in screen instead of getting a "Sort by Artist". Might want to look at that.

I too have experienced problems with the site recently. 1. If I put something in my shopping cart and have to log off, the next time I log on I have to save the item to the cart again. 2. Chartbuster used to have a gold membership, but now I can't find how to check it out. 3. Once an ordered is completed, there appears to be no way to check on the status. I thought I would receive an email on my last order, but I didn't get one.

I discovered when I run into problems using this web site, that if I close IE and clear out my Documents and Settings/ Profile's Temp folder, I can get results whereas I didn't before. It's a bit much to expect from typical users, but it does work. I still think Chartbuster has the best Karaoke renditions available. Some good package deals, too. Makes it worth the hassle. Of course, less hassle would be nice. Auto logout with a few minutes time span is one.

This site times out when you're busy browsing songs. If you are logged in, you get dumped and lose any selections you picked. The logged in session timed out in about 5 minutes. (While I was browsing "Digital Karaoke Downloads") Tried a second time with the same results. I am on a proxy, does this effect the log in time?

I give up. I tried a dozen times trying to buy product 8608. I sign in, it shows me signed in, but when I add something to my cart, the site appears to be adding but it just hangs there. IE's time bar fully slides to the right as the URL is accessed then it just sits there. Nothing. I navigate away from the order and it says "There was an error processing your order" I check my user account info and it hangs there, too. I see it says I have 1 item in my shopping cart but trying to view it to check out and the site hangs again. I stopped/restarted IE and relogged back in.. same thing. I tried letting the order process for 15 minutes and it still won't complete. I give up. I wonder how many sales Chartbuster is losing this way.

It will show one item (the CD that your songs will be on) with the two songs listed on it. We do this so that you can bundle multiple songs under one CD, and pay a lower CD fee.

I select several songs but I can't find a shopping cart to show what I've selected. I get logged out and now have to reselect the songs again. There needs to be a shopping cart, a wishlist and it should attached to the user's account so they will have it available next log in.
